Regional Sales Manager - Dungannon Joining a leading NI design & manufacturer of machinery for the recycling & environmental markets as their new Regional Sales Manager where you will be responsible for developing and executing the regional sales strategy across Europe, focusing on managing and expanding the dealer and distributor network. Combining technical sales skills with exceptional relationship management attributes, you will; Achieve regional sales and profitability targets through direct and indirect sales channels Identify and pursue new market opportunities, accounts, and applications for company products Support dealers with strategic account development, joint sales calls, and major customer negotiation Develop and manage a network of authorised dealers and distributors across Europe. Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and potential product gaps Collaborate with internal teams (Engineering, Product Management, Marketing) to develop tailored solutions and promotional strategies Prepare regular reports on sales activities, dealer performance, forecasts, and market developments Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and regional industry events.
