Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be involved in:
* Acquisitions and disposals of investment property, including sale and lease-back transactions.
* Supervising junior colleagues in property portfolio management, licenses, consents, and leases.
* Negotiating leases and landlord/tenant documents for both landlords and tenants.
* Acquiring sites for development and investment, negotiating development agreements, and handling disposals.
* Managing large-scale projects with advanced legal technology.
* Collaborating with team members on high-value client matters.
