You will support pupils from EYFS to Year 4 who present with social, emotional, and behavioural needs, helping them to regulate emotions, develop positive behaviour, and access a mainstream-style curriculum. With small, nurturing class sizes of just 5-8 pupils, this role allows for highly personalised and impactful support. This position is ideal for experienced Behaviour Support TAs, Youth Workers, or professionals with strong behaviour management experience who are looking to transition into a school-based role.
