About the opportunity You will play a key support role in fostering a safe, energetic and harmonious living and learning environment for residents. Plan, develop and deliver a Professional Development portfolio that provides residents with knowledge, skills and opportunities to support their transition from tertiary study to career progression. Coordinate events and activities, internships, work placements and a variety of employment offerings. About you Relevant tertiary qualifications in a relevant field or equivalent competency. Substantial relevant experience at an appropriate level. Experience coordinating events, working with young adults from diverse backgrounds, and sound knowledge of risk management principles. Ability to deal with sensitive issues and maintain discretion and confidentiality. Sound knowledge of the issues that affect the personal, academic and social lives of young people.
