Responsibilities
* Oversee outsourced Transfer Agent and Fund Accounting providers, including SLA/KPI maintenance, service reviews, and resolution of daily operational issues.
* Manage statutory Fund Reports and Accounts for the UK fund range, including audit coordination and regulatory reporting.
* Maintain strong relationships with Depositary and banking providers through regular service review meetings.
* Lead operational support for fund/share class launches and closures, collaborating with Asset Servicing and Investment Management.
* Prepare and present Fund Board reporting.
Qualifications
* Strong understanding of fund operations, particularly managing third-party service providers and regulatory reporting.
* Experience coordinating audits and overseeing production statutory financial documents.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships across internal teams and external partners.
* Proven ability to manage complex projects and drive process improvements, including digital transformation initiatives.
* Familiarity with CASS oversight responsibilities and regulatory frameworks affecting UK fund operations.
