* Pitch tailored event proposals in person and virtually.
* Ensure exceptional pre-event and post-event partner experiences, with clear ROI tracking.
* Manage your pipeline and reporting via Salesforce, providing weekly performance insights.
* Identify new business opportunities by monitoring market trends and competitor activity.
* Represent the company at key industry events in the UK and internationally.
* Participate in weekly in-office strategy meetings.
About You:
* 3-5+ years in B2B event sponsorship sales, with proven success in high-value, meetings-led formats.
* £600k+ annual sales performance, driven by value-led, consultative selling.
* Salesforce expert, confident in building reports and tracking KPIs.
* Skilled in lead generation, negotiation, and closing complex sponsorship deals.
* Strong communicator and presenter, comfortable with C-suite audiences.
* Collaborative and data-driven, with a passion for responsible, inclusive travel.
