Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert knowledge and advice to customers on luxury watch brands, models, and features
* Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, offering personalized and memorable experiences
* Assist customers in selecting the perfect watch based on their needs, preferences, and lifestyle
* Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on new collections, trends, and innovations
* Achieve and exceed individual sales targets while promoting the brand’s luxury image
* Manage stock and ensure the store is well-organized, visually appealing, and in line with brand standards
* Handle customer inquiries, after-sales service, and warranty information with care and professionalism
* Collaborate with the team to execute events, product launches, and promotions that enhance the brand’s presence
* Ensure a luxurious, welcoming atmosphere for clients at all times
Requirements:
* Previous experience in luxury retail, particularly in watch sales, is highly preferred
* Strong passion for luxury watches and horology, with a genuine interest in learning about fine timepieces
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
* A polished, professional appearance and demeanor, reflective of the luxury industry
* Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
* Strong attention to detail and a customer-centric approach to sales
* Knowledge of high-end watch brands is a plus
