Location: Based at our Doncaster warehouse in Armthorpe.
Shift schedule:
* Week 1: Wednesday - Saturday 06:00-18:00
* Week 2: Thursday - Saturday 06:00-18:00
Rate of pay: £13.10 per hour.
About the role
You will:
* Accurately work on a variety of documentation and systems, ensuring a timely and smooth flow of goods through the department and back into stock.
* Call work to our QC room and induct stock back into the high bay that has passed through the PQC Department using our infeed and outfeed system.
* Lift furniture items, including 2-person lifts.
* Work with a variety of stock from sofas to flat-packed furniture.
* Support Rework when needed, revisiting and correcting tasks or products that were not completed correctly the first time.
* Perform pallet work: preparing and stacking furniture on pallets and ensuring items are secure and stable.
* Accurate wrapping of pallets using the correct techniques to maintain safety during transport and storage.
About you
* Have experience within a similar role.
* High level of attention to detail in all functions of the role.
* Ability to work accurately at speed and under pressure.
* Be able to lift furniture items, including support with 2-person lifts.
