Scope of Role
* Oversee day to day support and management of a team of Commercial Account Executives
* Performance manage individuals to ensure a high energy, high performance culture
* Demonstrate these skills by undertaking a sales role, leading by example and generating income for the company
* Work closely with and provide regular reporting to the Head of Sales to identify high performing individuals and areas for further development and opportunities

1. Monitoring sales objectives and performance, inspiring and leading a team to meet and exceed targets
