Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for telephone communication for the Community Resource Team (CRT).
* Provide an efficient and comprehensive administrative service within the CRT, working with the Denbighshire CRT (Ruthin, Denbigh, Rhyl & Prestatyn) alongside District Nurses, Therapy Services, Local Authority colleagues and Voluntary Sector to support Multidisciplinary Teams.
* Work accurately and independently within guidelines after training, using initiative and judgement, and knowing when to consult a manager.
Qualifications / Requirements
* Excellent administration skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
* Highly organized, motivated and enthusiastic with a proactive approach.
* Ability to speak Welsh is desirable; applications from English and/or Welsh speakers are welcome.
* Commitment to development and training opportunities.
