Our client, a FTSE business, is looking to appoint an Assistant HRBP to support the delivery of Key HR Projects, including cyclical people initiatives, change projects and Communication initiatives, whilst using data analysis to enable informed decision-making. This is a challenging and interesting role, where you will be a member of the functional team and be responsible for the project management of key HR plans, including pay reviews, engagement initiatives and talent strategies. The ability to identify and manage project risks, update project plans and track progress will also be required, as well as developing and implementing strategies to ensure clear communication and leverage people data, to provide timely and meaningful insights.
