Position: Senior Digital Analyst - Ecommerce
Reporting to: Senior Digital Insights & Analytics Manager.

Responsibilities
* Contribute to strategic direction and lead the transition to a data-driven culture, aligning analytics with business goals.
* Empower stakeholders through ad-hoc analyses using ecommerce analytics platforms.
* Drive data-led optimization across business areas with clear action recommendations.
* Embed a data-first mindset by collaborating with stakeholders.
* Monitor market trends and competitor performance to inform strategies.
* Promote tool awareness and capability within the E-commerce team.
* Assist in accurate forecasting and budgeting using data.
* Prioritize opportunities by quantifying impact and building data-driven business cases.
* Recommend and help implement data tagging strategies for deeper insights.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Google Analytics, including GA4 setup and data extraction.
* Understanding of ecommerce KPIs and landscape.
* Ability to translate data into actionable insights.
* Strong communication and storytelling skills.
* Collaborative approach to stakeholder engagement.
* Experience with GA4, SimilarWeb, and ContentSquare.
