annum + service charge (Package Circa £60,000 PA)

What you’ll be doing as a General manager:
* Lead,
motivate, and develop the front-of-house team, Responsible for Recruiting,
training, and retaining high-performing staff members.
* Provide
ongoing coaching and support to ensure high levels of customer service and team
performance.
* Ensure
an exceptional customer experience by maintaining high service standards.
* Manage
the daily operations, from overseeing stock control and ordering, to ensuring
health and safety standards are met.
* Drive
sales and profitability by monitoring budgets, optimizing costs, and
implementing effective strategies.
* Maintain
excellent relationships with suppliers and the local community.
This role requires a hands-on approach to management,
with the ability to lead from the front. 80% of your time will be spent front
of house.
Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and bank
holidays as required.
