Abbott’s Diabetes Care business designs, develops and manufactures leading-edge glucose monitoring systems and test strips for use in both home and hospital settings. Our product portfolio includes Freestyle Libre, a recently launched system that is revolutionising how people with diabetes around the world monitor their glucose levels. Role
We currently have an opportunity for a Business Support Administrator to join our Product Returns and Complaints Investigation team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting administration activities across the team to meet the needs of the business and customers. This is a highly varied role which could see you supporting activities ranging from training session coordination to events planning, organisational chart updates to uniform management, and consumables ordering to archiving, as well as other tasks in between!
Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support across the Product Returns and Complaints Investigation team to meet business and customer needs.
* Coordinate training sessions and assist with events planning.
* Update organisational charts, manage uniforms, and order consumables.
* Archive documents and perform other administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications
* Broad experience in administrative support, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
* Exposure to project management and collaborating on administrative process improvements.
* Strong MS Office skills.
* Ability to work autonomously with initiative and independence, while collaborating with colleagues on tasks and improvement activities.
* Organised, able to prioritise, multi-task, and deliver to timelines.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with confidence in dealing with people at all levels of the business.
