Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to lead our home care and supported living accommodations, ensuring the highest standards of care for our service users. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various care settings, with specific expertise in home care, assisted living, low, moderate, and complex care environments. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the facility, managing staff, and developing care plans that meet the individual needs of our service users.
Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the service, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and quality standards.
* Develop and implement personalised care plans for service users, focusing on their unique needs and preferences.
* Supervise and support staff members, fostering a positive work environment that encourages professional development.
* Conduct regular assessments of service users' health and wellbeing, adjusting care plans as necessary.
* Oversee medication administration and ensure proper documentation is maintained.
* Maintain effective communication with service users, families, and external professionals to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
* Manage budgets and resources effectively to optimise service delivery while maintaining high standards of care.
* Promote a culture of dignity and respect within the service, ensuring that all service users. receive compassionate care.
Experience
* Proven experience in a management role within home care, assisted living, or supported living accommodation setting environment is essential.
* Strong background in nursing or senior care with specific knowledge in Mental Health and Learning Disability and Autistic.
* Demonstrated ability to develop effective care plans tailored to individual service user's needs.
* Experience in supervising staff and leading teams in a healthcare environment.
* Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
