ProMedical is currently recruiting experienced Health Care Assistants to join our esteemed NHS & Private client in Preston. Due to increased demand, we are offering both day and night shifts, allowing for flexible scheduling in advance. This is an exciting opportunity for dedicated Health Care Assistants to provide exceptional care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality care to patients in the Inpatient Ward.
* Perform assessments and monitor patient progress.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
* Respond promptly to emergency situations, demonstrating quick decision-making skills.
* Adhere to all NHS & Private protocols and guidelines to ensure patient safety and confidentiality.
Requirements:
* Minamum 6 Months Experience as Health Care Assistant
* Strong clinical skills with the ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Flexibility to cover day and night shifts as required.
* Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
