We are seeking dedicated Care Workers (Drivers Required) who are passionate about making a real difference in people's lives. As a valued member of our team, you will help clients live safely and independently in their own homes — offering the dignity, respect, and empathy that define our service.
Whether you are an experienced care professional or new to the sector, we provide full paid training, DBS checks, and ongoing support to help you thrive in a rewarding, community-based role.
Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality, person-centred care and support to adults in their own homes.
* Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
* Support mobility and transfers safely, using appropriate equipment and moving/handling techniques.
* Prepare meals and ensure clients receive proper nutrition and hydration.
* Administer medication safely and accurately in line with care plans.
* Provide companionship and emotional support, promoting wellbeing and independence.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment for clients.
* Record all care activities and report any changes in health or behaviour promptly.
* Accompany clients to appointments, errands, or community activities as needed.
Experience
Experience in any of the following areas is beneficial but not essential — we provide comprehensive training and mentoring for all new team members:
* Domiciliary or community-based home care
* Assisted living or residential care settings
* Supporting individuals with dementia, Alzheimer's, or complex needs
* Senior care, end-of-life care, or disability support
* Working with families or younger clients in the community

Requirements
* A caring, patient, and compassionate nature
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including alternate weekends

* A full UK driving licence and access to a car are preferred but not essential — non-drivers living locally are also encouraged to apply.
