Position Overview
We are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic, forward‑thinking pharmacy team as a Pharmacy Technician for our weekend service at Warwick Hospital.
In this role you will deliver a safe, effective, and efficient ward‑based Medicines Management service during weekends, working closely with clinical and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate at a senior level of practice as a registered Pharmacy Technician (GPhC)
* Supervise Pharmacy Technicians, Pharmacy Assistants, Senior Assistants, and trainees during the weekend shift
* Co‑operate with all pharmacy and healthcare staff to provide pharmacy services
* Maintain a network with counterparts in other Trusts for information exchange and idea sharing
* Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
* Registered Pharmacy Technician with the GPhC
* Post‑registration experience sufficient to operate at a senior level of practice
* Strong communication, teamwork and organisational skills
* Commitment to work during weekends
