What You'll Be Doing
As part of the IT Service Desk team, you will be the first point of contact for all IT issues, including incidents and service requests, received via phone or our support portal. Your role is crucial for our Just in Time Manufacturing, requiring flexibility to respond to changing priorities. You will aim for a first-line fix rate of 70%, resolving issues such as password resets, printer problems, complex technical issues, and access management. The team of 11 supports various IT systems, with issues outside your scope escalated to our partners or third-line support teams. You will track and manage these issues to ensure excellent service delivery. The team operates Monday to Friday from 06:00 to 22:00, and weekends from 06:00 to 14:00, with on-call support outside these hours.
What You'll Need

* Experience in user account administration, Microsoft Office 365, PC build, and troubleshooting.
* Previous IT support experience and a desire to develop a career in IT.
* A full clean UK driver's license and own vehicle.
