The Role
This is an exciting new opportunity for an experienced and driven sales professional to join a growing organisation.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and expand a regional portfolio of customer accounts
* Conduct daily client meetings, balancing outreach to new prospects with support for existing clients
* Proactively generate qualified leads each week through networking and outreach efforts
* Deliver compelling, consultative sales presentations that highlight value and ROI
* Follow up within 24 hours of all client visits to reinforce discussions and define next steps
* Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and log all activities in the CRM system
* Submit daily proposals or quotes and actively drive them to closure
* Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience
* Lead quarterly business reviews with key clients to evaluate satisfaction and explore growth opportunities
* Stay informed on industry trends, competitor strategies, and product developments
What You ll Need
* Proven B2B field sales experience in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
* Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
* Excellent time management
* Experience working with CRM systems and structured sales processes
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel within the region
