Role Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Associate/Associate Director of EIA Coordination and Project Management with experience in Planning Act 2008 procedures.
This role is ideal for a candidate with experience and knowledge of EIA in NSIP and similar regimes, seeking to further their career within the UK’s largest planning consultancy, which operates within Savills UK's diverse real estate advisory and transactional services.
This diverse role involves working across existing appointments on Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects (NSIPs) in sectors such as CCUS, hydrogen, renewables, water, wastewater, rail freight, power transmission, and ports.

Team Overview
Savills Environment & Infrastructure was established in 2021, focusing on infrastructure projects. Based in our planning division, we support colleagues and clients with the challenges of consenting essential infrastructure. Our primary focus areas include renewables and net zero initiatives such as carbon capture, wind, solar, hydrogen, as well as rail freight, ports, water, and waste management. We collaborate closely with Savills Earth, our sustainability division, which includes experts in Engineering & Design, Property Management, Energy Consultancy, Social Value, Energy Procurement, Environmental Economics, and Research.
E&I is one of five national, sector-focused teams within Savills planning division. We work with 18 regional teams across the UK to serve our clients' projects, which include EIA Coordinators, Project Managers, and specialists in climate, public health, air quality, and noise.
