Schedule: 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis
Salary: £36,000 per annum + monthly gratuities

We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our client - a luxury hotel and world-renowned golf resort near Dundee - for a Sous Chef to join their award-winning culinary team on a permanent basis.

NVQ/SVQ Level 3 in Professional Cookery
36,000 salary plus monthly gratuities based on hours worked
