Role Overview:
As a Mid-Weight Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling digital assets that align with our brand identity. You will collaborate closely with the marketing and e-commerce teams to produce engaging content that enhances user experience and drives brand engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design engaging digital assets for social media, email campaigns, website content, and online advertisements.
* Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity across all digital channels.
* Create compelling motion graphics, animations, and GIFs for digital platforms.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualise and execute creative campaigns.
* Optimise designs for different devices and platforms, ensuring responsiveness and usability.
* Stay up to date with design trends, particularly in the fashion and digital marketing spaces.
* Edit and retouch imagery to align with the brand aesthetic.
* Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

Skills & Experience:
o 4+ years of experience in digital graphic design, preferably within the fashion or lifestyle industry.
o Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
o Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout principles.
o Experience in designing for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest.
o Knowledge of UX/UI principles and experience working with website content.
o Basic motion graphics and animation skills are a plus.
o Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
o Ability to take direction and implement feedback effectively.
o A strong portfolio showcasing digital design work, with an emphasis on fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce brands.
