The role

We're looking to bring on board a Cleaner to join our welcoming and dedicated Estate Services team. You will be responsible for delivering a high-quality cleaning service in a variety of sites across the Isle of Wight, whilst putting the needs of our customers first. You will be provided with a work van and a fuel card, so you definitely won't be out of pocket! You will complete a variety of tasks and be motivated to work on your own without supervision. You will ensure health & safety regulations are adhered to in order to provide a safe environment for our customers.
This role is being offered on a permanent contract, working 40 hours a week.
7:30am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday.
The role will require the postholder to be able to start work from Merstone, Isle of Wight. Duties may be carried out either independently or as part of a team. The role is mobile in nature and therefore the postholder must hold a valid driving licence and be able to drive a company vehicle.
What you’ll have
1. Experience of undertaking cleaning duties.
2. Basic knowledge and understanding of health and safety considerations as they apply to.
3. The ability to use a smartphone to access company emails and log repairs and health & safety issues.
4. Good computer skills in order to complete e-learning.
5. A full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points and no serious motoring offences within the last 10 years. You must also have a minimum of 2 years driving experience.
