We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated person who is passionate about Early Years with an excellent understanding of the curriculum and requirements. Experience within the Early Years foundation stage is preferred as well as a commitment to outdoor learning. Knowledge and understanding of room organisation, learning strategies and working in a free flow environment which is key to fulfill duties and a nurturing and caring disposition is essential. You need to be conscientious, well presented and have a personable approach with good communication skills with children and colleagues and work effectively as part of a team and in partnership with parents.

Requirements:
* Minimum Level 3 qualification in Childcare
* Previous experience of working with children aged between 0 – 3 years old
* Excellent knowledge of development of children aged between 0 – 3 years old
* Outstanding insight into the needs of young children
* Detailed understanding of the EYFS Curriculum
* Thorough understanding of Safeguarding and Welfare
* Comprehensive awareness of Health and Safety procedures
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Current knowledge of play based approaches in relation to children's learning
