This highly regarded law firm is expanding its Residential Property team in its Newquay office. This is a newly created position due to growing demand and offers long-term development potential. Whether you're qualified or unqualified but experienced, this firm is open to diverse backgrounds

Role Responsibilities
* Manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion
* Provide high-quality client care and maintain professional communication throughout the process
* Liaise with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure a smooth transaction process
* Maintain accurate records and adhere to compliance standards
Key Requirements
* Demonstrable experience in residential conveyancing
* Capable of managing files independently (or with support if recently qualified)
* Strong organisational skills and an ability to prioritise effectively
* Excellent interpersonal and client-facing abilities
