This role is focused on the servicing, maintenance, and fault-finding of fire and security systems across commercial and residential sites. Experienced Fire Alarm Engineers with a strong service background are also encouraged to apply. Benefits - Service Fire and Security Engineer: £34,000–£40,000 basic salary (dependent on experience) Realistic OTE of £48,000 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays (increasing by 1 day every 5 years) Holiday paid at average earnings (including overtime) Travel time paid after 15 minutes each way Door-to-door paid call-out rota Quarterly bonus scheme Overtime available Company van with private use option Mobile phone and tablet provided Health Cash Plan (dental, optical, and more) Responsibilities - Service Fire and Security Engineer: As a Service Fire and Security Engineer, your role will include: Servicing and maintaining fire alarm systems Servicing and maintaining intruder alarms, CCTV, access control, and emergency lighting Fault-finding and reactive maintenance Participation in the call-out rota Working independently across customer sites Ensuring all works comply with British Standards and company procedures Completing service reports and relevant documentation accurately Requirements - Service Fire and Security Engineer: Minimum of 3 years' experience within the fire and security industry Strong servicing and fault-finding experience with fire alarms Knowledge of intruder alarms, CCTV, access control, and emergency lighting Electrical qualifications (18th Edition) – desirable Fire extinguisher knowledge – desirable Full UK driving licence ECS or CSCS card – desirable Why Join?
