Job Description:
We are seeking an Audiologist who is passionate about clinical care and commercially minded to join our Amplifon high street branch in Swindon.
About the role
You will work in our Swindon branch with a dedicated Sales & Customer Service Advisor to help manage your diary and greet customers, allowing you to focus on delivering the best patient care.
We offer top-of-the-range testing equipment and the latest hearing aids to provide excellent clinical service.
Uncapped monthly and quarterly commission plus a company car or car allowance.
You will have support from our UK Head Office Marketing team to attract customers to your branch.
Opportunities for career progression include moving into Area Manager positions, joining the training team, or working in other countries for Amplifon.
We provide weeks of training before you start to help you deliver the best clinical and sales experience.

* Basic salary from £, based on experience

Responsibilities
* Administer hearing tests, assess client needs, and inform them of available options.
* Provide aftercare services in line with the Amplifon aftercare programme.
* Manage the clinic with support from a Sales & Customer Advisor, including staff management.
* Ensure the team provides professional, courteous, and high-quality service.
* Deliver a positive customer journey that exceeds expectations.
* Act as a role model, developing and maintaining strong relationships with colleagues, the local community, and other clinicians.
