Generalist Adviser(s)
Salary : £27,028
Location: Swansea Office and outreach locations throughout Neath Port Talbot.
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 37 per week
Citizens Advice Swansea NPT are looking for generalist advisers who can deliver advice across a range of subjects to help people find a way forward by providing accurate, tailored and effective information and advice.
Specific requirements for the role:
Experience delivering advice with a particular focus on benefits, and debt, as well as housing, employment, immigration, discrimination, and family issues.
Managing workloads and prioritising tasks
The successful applicant will also have strong IT skills and be able to communicate clearly and effectively face-to-face, in writing and over the phone.
Trainees will be considered but it is beneficial to have prior knowledge and awareness of current debt and benefits areas.
