Key Responsibilities as a SEN Support Assistant:
* Provide tailored support to children with a variety of special educational needs, both one-on-one and in small group settings
* Work closely with the class teacher to implement and adapt individual learning programmes
* Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive atmosphere to encourage both academic and personal growth
* Adjust resources and teaching strategies to suit each pupil's learning style and requirements
