Applications are invited for the post of Applicant Services Advisor in the Admissions and Applicant Services Department. Joining the Admissions and Applicant Services team at an exciting phase of investment and expansion, this appointment will work as part of a team to assist in the smooth and efficient running of the University’s professional admissions operation, principally by taking responsibility for the customer service side of the applicant and enquirer recruitment cycle. In addition, the team provides support and guidance to applicants throughout the applicant lifecycle, responding in a timely manner to admissions-related enquiries via email and telephone.
Key Responsibilities
* Take responsibility for the customer service side of the applicant and enquirer recruitment cycle.
* Respond in a timely manner to admissions-related enquiries via email and telephone.
* Assess fee status of applicants in line with Government policy and assessment of refund eligibility.
Qualifications and Skills
* High level of attention to detail.
* Ability to work under pressure.
* Teamwork skills to deliver exceptional service for applicants.
* Ability to deal with complex queries from a wide range of enquirers.
* Good understanding of UK qualifications or admissions processes (desirable).

The post is based in Egham, Surrey where the University is situated in a beautiful, leafy campus near to Windsor Great Park and within commuting distance from London.
