Please note this is office based role, and experience within an industrial environment is essential.
We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Executive to join our highly successful client in the Bingham area of Nottingham.
Pay and Benefits:
* £28,000 - 30,000 DOE
* Monday - Friday 9:00 - 17:00.
* 33 days holiday (includes 8 bank holidays)

Responsibilities:
* Handling day-to-day customer calls and purchase orders (POs)
* Managing the shared inbox and responding promptly to inquiries
* Booking out orders and coordinating with internal teams
Qualifications / Experience
* Proven customer service experience within industrial environment
* Strong IT skills (Google Drive) and systems
* Working knowledge of CRM tools
* Ability to deal with a variety of daily issues, multi task and prioritise work
* Continuous improvement driven with a desire to seek and implement change
