The practice offers a dynamic environment where senior architects are encouraged to take ownership of projects while continuing to develop their leadership, technical, and design expertise. This role will involve working across a range of projects from early concept through to on-site delivery, coordinating with internal teams, consultants, and clients to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities:
* Lead and coordinate internal teams, consultants, and contractors across all project stages.
* Contribute to the delivery of projects from concept through to completion, ensuring technical, regulatory, and design excellence.
* Support project leadership in decision-making, coordination, and client reporting.
* Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and design documentation.
* Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive and efficient project delivery.
* Maintain clear, structured, and well-managed project documentation throughout all stages.
Requirements & Experience:
* ARB-registered Architect with a minimum of five years’ post-Part III (or equivalent) experience.
* Strong portfolio demonstrating both design leadership and project delivery across a range of stages.
* Proficiency in Revit and Adobe InDesign.
* Strong understanding of construction processes, technical detailing, and relevant industry standards, including ISO.
* Proven experience coordinating with consultants, contractors, and wider project teams.
* Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills, with a collaborative approach to working.
* Detail-oriented, proactive, and confident in managing responsibility across multiple project stages.
