Your Role
As a Skilled Panel Beater, you’ll play a key role in restoring high-end vehicles to their pre-accident condition — ensuring both structural safety and showroom-quality finishes.
Key Responsibilities
Perform panel repairs and replacements to a high standard
Accurately assess damage and determine appropriate repair strategies
Carry out welding, alignment, and panel finishing to manufacturer specifications
Work in line with BS10125 and brand-specific repair standards
Maintain a clean, safe, and professional workshop environment
What You Bring
Proven experience in panel beating and structural repairs
Strong skills in welding, alignment, and finishing
A keen eye for detail and pride in delivering “first time right” repairs
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
NVQ Level 3 or equivalent (preferred)
Experience with prestige vehicles or within a manufacturer-approved environment (advantageous)
