We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Receptionist/Administrator to join our client, at their large site on the outskirts of Edinburgh on a part time temporary basis. Supporting their client at their busy office/site - the successful candidate will support the day-to-day operational management of the building and all visitors. Responsibilities: Meeting and greeting all visitors to the site, organising inductions and site-specific requirements Booking and facilitating meeting rooms and hospitality requirements Arranging onward travel including taxi and hotel bookings Conducting daily site walkthroughs to check cleanliness, maintenance and compliance Ensuring all break out and public areas are in good order, fully stocked and prepped General administrative duties as required by the team The successful candidate will ideally have experience within a similar role and will be able to start immediately and commit to a temporary role.
