What's the role about?

Regional Sales Manager

(Molson Coors & Haribo - Working for Powerforce)

Full Time, Permanent role Package: Competitive Salary + 20% bonus + Company carWorking: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per weekTerritory: Newcastle and Scotland

Would you like to be a key part of ensuring your favourite Molson Coors and Haribo brands keep flying off the shelves and into the hands of customers?

We’re looking for passionate, tenacious, innovative individuals to work for Powerforce on our syndicated field sales team representing both Molson Coors & Haribo. Their two simple visions:

Molson Coors “To delight the world’s beer drinkers”

&

HARIBO “deliver spontaneous moments of happiness”

You will be responsible for:

1. Managing, training and developing a team ofc.9Business DevelopmentExecutives within the convenience channel
2. Developing your team’s operating standards through regular field visits, coaching and maximising the use of Data and Insight to drive your teams’ growth in line with Channel and category trends
3. Sharing best practice to develop better ways of working and continuous improvement in the whole team operations

You will have:

4. Held a full UK (or European) driving licence for a minimum of 12 months
5. Strong people management experience within a field sales team (ideally FMCG)
6. A hands on approach to growing performance and best practice in the field
7. A real focus on increasing sales performance
8. Strong knowledge of independent/convenience channels
9. Excellent analytical, problem solving skills with the ability to make effective decisions
10. An enthusiastic, can-do positive approach to all things and possess an ability to see the opportunity in all challenges
