The Role
Responsibilities may include:
* Site measurement, take-offs, valuations, and cost analysis
* Managing change control and programme adjustments
* Preparing applications for payment and supporting final account settlements
* Assisting with dispute resolution and commercial negotiations
* Material quantification and scheduling
* Attending progress, commercial, and account meetings
* Managing contractor and supply chain documentation requirements
* Supporting the commercial management of major civil engineering and infrastructure projects
What We're Looking For
* Assistant or Intermediate Quantity Surveyors welcome to apply
* Minimum 2 years' experience within a Quantity Surveying role in the UK civil engineering sector
* Full UK driving licence
