Job Description:
The role of the Imagery Producer is to manage all briefs coming in, work going through, and final jobs coming out of the Image team.
Hybrid - 2-3 days onsite per week
Description:
This includes 3D CG Stills, Animation, 2D Illustration, Photography, and Retouching, all specialist areas requiring a dedicated point of contact for the team. To ensure team efficiency, this role requires a very organized and methodical individual with strong communication skills who is comfortable planning and managing multiple jobs simultaneously.
The goal is to support all clients across all media globally. This role demands a high level of competency in managing and multitasking projects with broad deadlines and requirements. Planning work effectively, understanding project timelines, and maintaining clear communication with team members and managers are essential to ensure quality and timely delivery.
Accountabilities:
* Take briefs from any business area, plan, and oversee delivery of all image assets.
* Develop positive, proactive relationships within the team.
* Understand the client’s business challenges to gauge priorities.
* Contribute to strategy and planning discussions.
* Maintain regular contact with Creative and Commercial Managers during imagery development.
* Assess the feasibility of creative work briefs based on requirements, time, and resources.
* Learn and review client systems, processes, and production workflows.
* Ensure work progresses on time and within budget, tracking job status daily.
* Keep team members updated on project statuses.
* Motivate team members during high-pressure periods.
* Ensure briefs are detailed and accurate.
* Work with brief owners to ensure assets are available for timely delivery.
* Act as a communication bridge between the Image team and other departments.
* Manage accounts system, raising PO’s for outsourced or freelance imagery.
* Ensure estimates are approved before work begins.
* Issue invoices promptly and correctly.
Skills:
Requires 3+ years of planning and project management experience, ideally within CG or Photography environments. A keen interest in CG and/or photography is beneficial. Willingness to learn team software to improve understanding and confidence is desirable. Personal qualities include decision-making ability, excellent communication, problem-solving skills, composure under pressure, proactivity, a positive attitude, and a 'can do' approach.
