We're looking for a Part-Time Social Media Manager to join our team at East Midlands Care Agency, supporting our mission to provide high-quality care services across Lincolnshire.
What you'll do:
* Create engaging posts to promote our care services and community values
* Manage and grow our presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
* Develop and schedule content to build awareness and trust
* Respond to comments, messages, and enquiries professionally
* Track engagement and suggest improvements
What we're looking for:
* Experience managing social media platforms for a business or organisation
* Creative flair with strong written communication skills
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
* Interest in care, community work, or social impact is a bonus
Hours & Pay:
* Part-time, flexible hours (approx hours per week)
* Hybrid working – remote with occasional office visits in Louth
* Competitive hourly rate (dependent on experience)
