An opportunity has arisen for a reliable, self-motivated and responsible individual to join our team as an Equine Estate Worker. In this role, you will:
1. Undertake general maintenance of the Equine Centre
2. Prioritise daily tasks to support the smooth running of the facilities
3. Level arenas
4. Carry out mowing and strimming
5. Empty muck trailers daily
6. Ensure the Equine Centre is maintained to the highest standards
About You:
7. Ability to supervise other staff
8. Desire to work within a busy and dynamic environment
9. Enthusiastic and dedicated to maintaining exceptional standards
10. A team-focused attitude, contributing to a highly motivated team
11. A flexible approach to work
12. Supervisory experience is essential
