Key Responsibilities
* Lead, organise, and coordinate the daily work of warehouse team members
* Provide the team with necessary tools and ensure smooth, efficient operations
* Support stock-taking and process optimisation activities
* Maintain order and care for warehouse property, equipment, and materials
* Conduct team evaluations, training sessions, and safety briefings
* Supervise compliance with working time recording, work clothing, and PPE usage

Requirements
* Proven (+1 year) experience in a similar role, ideally in a warehouse environment and knowledge of logistics systems
