1. Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 Basic + Excellent Bonus Opportunity
2. Hours: Monday - Friday 8.00am - 5.30pm + 1 in 3 Saturdays
We are currently recruiting for a customer-focused Service Advisor to join a family-run Motor Trade Dealership, renowned for delivering exceptional service in the local area for over 40 years. In this Service Advisor role, your daily responsibilities will include:
8. Acting as the first point of contact for customers, providing a friendly and efficient service.
9. Scheduling and coordinating service appointments to ensure the workshop runs smoothly.
10. Communicating with customers to identify service needs, offering advice, and explaining recommended repairs.
11. Handling customer inquiries, managing expectations, and keeping customers updated throughout the service process.
12. Liaising with technicians to ensure repairs are carried out accurately and in a timely manner.
13. Managing invoicing and ensuring accurate documentation of all work carried out.
14. Promoting additional services and products to enhance the customer experience.
We are looking for Service Advisors with previous experience in a Service Advisor role within the motor trade, ideally with a good knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes. Strong communication and organisational skills are a must, along with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
