About The Role
We’re looking for a Master Technician who thrives on solving complex faults, working with the latest vehicle tech and leading from the front in the workshop.
This isn’t routine servicing. You’ll be trusted with advanced diagnostics, electrical systems, and EV high-voltage repairs - the kind of work that keeps your skills sharp and your days interesting.
What You’ll Be Doing
You will operate at true Master Technician level, including:
* Complex mechanical & electrical diagnostics.
* EV and high-voltage system repairs.
* Removal and repair of high-voltage batteries (including module/cell work).
* Warranty repairs following manufacturer processes.
* Fault analysis using diagnostic data and technical information.
* Managing your own workload to deliver quality work on time.
* Supporting and advising colleagues with technical challenges.
What We’re Looking For
This role is for highly experienced technicians only.
You must have:
* Master / highest level manufacturer training & qualifications.
* EV & High Voltage certification (including battery removal and repair).
* At least 10 years’ manufacturer-trained experience.
* Strong diagnostic capability across mechanical and electrical systems.
* Experience following manufacturer warranty processes.
* The ability to write clear job reports.
* Team mindset with the confidence to support others technically.
* Full UK driving licence (held 12+ months).
