We are looking for an experienced Events & Onboarding Coordinator to support largeāscale New Hire Orientation (NHO) programs in London. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fastāpaced environments, loves operational detail, and enjoys delivering exceptional ināperson experiences for new joiners.
ā What Youāll Do
* Deliver and support NHO events for 50ā100 new hires
* Provide ināroom support: speaker coordination, guiding attendees, public speaking
* Manage logistics: room setup, AV checks, scheduling
* Partner with Facilities, Culinary, Security & Global Onboarding teams
* Handle swag inventory (includes lifting boxes)
* Manage newāhire question queues and provide onātheāspot support
* Send communications, invites, confirmations
* Complete reporting & audits via Google Suite
* Adapt quickly to changing agendas and fastāpaced operations
ā What Weāre Looking For
* 3ā7 years corporate event coordination experience (conferences, orientations, internal events)
* Strong communication & customer service skills
* Comfortable with public speaking
* Excellent Google Suite skills (Sheets/Slides/Forms)
* Highly organised, detailāoriented & proactive
* Comfortable working onsite (NHO weeks: 5 days; other weeks: 3 days)
ā Not a Fit If You Are
* A Recruitment/TA Coordinator
* HR onboarding admin without event delivery experience
* A wedding/personal event planner
* Pure admin/office manager
* Unable to work onsite or perform physical event tasks
š Key Details
* Hours: 9ā5 (NHO weeks: Mon 7am, Tue 7:30am)
* Contract: 12 months (extension possible)
* Team: Global onboarding org (LON, MPK, Singapore)
