People Solutions are currently recruiting for a receptionist to join our well-established client based in Droitwich Spa Worcestershire. This is a fantastic opportunity, offering great benefits and genuine opportunities for growth and progression.
This is a tempporary position until January 2026
Shifts:
Monday to Thursday, 8:00am – 4:15pm Friday, 08:00 - 3:00pm

Day-to-day duties:
As an
Administrator, your duties will include (but not be limited to):
Responding to emails and phone enquiries in a timely and professional manner
Liaising with external companies and internal departments
Maintaining accurate records and updating databases
Preparing and formatting documents, reports, and correspondence
Supporting the management team with day-to-day administrative tasks
Scheduling appointments, meetings, and room bookings
Handling incoming and outgoing post
Monitoring office supplies and raising orders when required
Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
Essential skills:
To be successful as a
receptionist, you will need:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good attention to detail and accuracy
The ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
A professional and proactive attitude
Desirable skills:
Previous administration experience or experience in a related field
Experience working in a fast-paced office environment
Training
Full training will be provided, with additional support throughout.
