This is a part time position - 15 hours per week
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced, highlymotivated Staff Nurses to join ourSEQOHS accredited Occupational Health and Wellbeing service based at BarnsleyHospital NHS Foundation Trust.
The role will require you to provide clinical expertise in relation tooccupational health issues in order to support the delivery of a high standardservice with a clear focus on prevention and effective attendance management.
The post holder will support the day to day management of theOccupational health service providing support to junior clinical andadministrative team members.
Main duties of the job
The appointed candidate will:
Support the deliveryof specialist Occupational Health and Wellbeing advice within the Trust and toexternal client groups as per agreed contracts and Service Level Agreements.
PromoteOccupational Health and Wellbeing within the Trust and maintain anunderstanding and good working relationships with all client groups.
Respond to theprofessional developments in Occupational Health and Wellbeing Practice andHealth and Safety Legislation.
Be aware of new initiatives and support the development of policies toensure that legal requirements are communicated effectively to clients tominimise health and safety risks.
