Youll sit at the centre of Webshop operations, product data, and customer support. Its ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working across teams, and making systems run better.
No ecommerce experience needed, full training provided.
What youll be doing
* Acting as the go-to contact for Webshop queries and support
* Running demos and training sessions for customers and internal teams
* Troubleshooting issues and guiding users through solutions
* Maintaining accurate product data across multiple systems
* Monitoring data feeds and resolving issues early
* Creating clear documentation and improving internal processes
* Managing tickets and supporting testing and releases
* Working closely with Sales, Customer Success, and technical teams
