As a Qualified PE Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4, developing schemes of work that motivate students of all abilities. Responsibilities
* Planning and delivering high-quality PE lessons to KS3 and KS4 pupils.
* Assessing, tracking, and reporting on student progress in line with school policies.
* Creating an inclusive environment that promotes enjoyment, achievement, and physical wellbeing.
* Organising, coaching, and supporting extracurricular clubs, teams, and inter-school competitions.
* Differentiating lessons to meet the needs of learners of all abilities, including those with SEN.
* Supporting the school's ethos by encouraging resilience, teamwork, and respect through sport.
* Contributing to department planning, whole-school initiatives, and professional development.
Qualifications
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching PE across KS3-KS4.
* Strong subject knowledge and the ability to inspire students through a wide range of sports and activities.
* Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
* A proven track record of raising achievement and encouraging participation in physical activity.
