Job Responsibilities
* Respect the residents’ dignity and privacy.
* Provide the highest standard of person‑centred support to residents to be as independent as possible and encourage them to do as much for themselves as they can.
* Work with residents and families to deliver person‑centered care.
* Support with all aspects of personal care, including feeding, toileting, and bathing.
* Maintain thorough and up‑to‑date records for each resident.
Qualifications & Skills
* Fantastic people skills: supportive and great at communicating, able to build strong relationships and empathise.
* Caring by nature: enthusiastic, person‑centred approach, genuine passion for making people’s lives a little brighter each day.
* Great team player: works well in a team of like‑minded people.
* Adaptable: can think on your feet and adapt quickly to changing situations.
* No experience? No problem: you will receive a comprehensive induction programme and training plan.
