We are seeking a talented automotive SALES MANAGER to lead the team at a franchise dealership on the outskirts of Plymouth.
Representing a quality, well-known manufacturer, in a proactive privately owned dealer group, this position offers great potential for an experienced Sales Manager.

· Motivating and controlling the team to deliver the objectives of the department.
· Control of new and used stock – acquisition, valuation, preparation and disposal.
· Strategy to deliver the forecasts and business plan.
· Process and regulatory compliance / brand standards.
· Customer Service standards / improvement.
· Training, recruitment and people management.
This is a key role, in a busy fast-paced business. As such, previous franchised dealer Sales Management experience is essential.
You’ll need to be able to demonstrate a concise knowledge of the role, and a stable, successful career history.
